We use TutorCruncher, our tutor management platform, which allows tutors to log detailed session reports. This gives you visibility into what's being covered, how your child is progressing, and any areas to focus on next — all in one place.

We operate as an introduction agency, connecting you with independent, self-employed tutors. Here's how billing works:

• Payment after each session: Once a lesson concludes, your tutor logs it and an itemised invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you via TutorCruncher.

• 48-hour payment window: To ensure tutors are paid fairly and promptly, invoices must be settled within 48 hours of the session.

• Auto-pay option: You can securely save your card details to TutorCruncher so payments are taken automatically after each lesson — no manual transfers needed. You'll still receive an invoice every time.

• Cancellations: More than 48 hours' notice means no charge. Less than 48 hours' notice (or a no-show) may be invoiced at 50–100% of the standard rate, at the tutor's discretion.

• Your data is safe: All payments are processed securely via Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Our tutors are experienced across all major exam boards, with particular strength in AQA and Edexcel — the two most widely used boards across UK schools. If your child sits a different board, just let us know during your consultation and we'll match you with a tutor experienced in that specification.
