These terms are written in plain language for Eudaiton Education’s parent education events and workshops, whether delivered online or in person. Consumer terms should be fair, transparent and must not remove a customer’s statutory rights.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you book a parent education event, workshop or series with Eudaiton Education.
By completing the registration form and making payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. The event
These terms apply to the parent education event, workshop or series described on the relevant booking page (the “event”).
The event title, subject, date, time, format, price and any other important information will be shown before you complete your booking.
Where more than one event or a package of events is available, the price for each option will be shown on the booking page.
3. Your booking
Your place is confirmed only when:
You have completed the registration form.
Your payment has been successfully received.
You have received a booking confirmation from Eudaiton Education.
Please check the information in your confirmation email and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
Bookings are for the named attendee entered on the registration form.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in pounds sterling through the payment provider shown on the booking form.
Eudaiton Education does not store your full debit or credit card details.
Any discount, complimentary place or payment waiver must be authorised by Eudaiton Education.
5. Cancelling your booking
You may request a full refund where you cancel:
Within 14 calendar days of making your booking, provided the workshop has not already taken place; or
At least seven calendar days before the workshop.
Where you cancel fewer than seven calendar days before the event, a refund will not normally be provided. However, we will consider the circumstances and whether the place can reasonably be reallocated.
Transfers are subject to availability and must be agreed before the workshop begins.
Where the event is due to take place within 14 days of booking, you may ask us to provide the event during the cancellation period. Once the event has been fully delivered, your statutory right to cancel will end.
This cancellation policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
To cancel or request a transfer, email admin@eudaitoneducation.co.uk and include your name, booking email address and workshop title.
6. If Eudaiton Education changes or cancels a workshop
Eudaiton Education may need to change:
The speaker.
The running order.
The online platform.
The event date or time.
Minor parts of the workshop content.
We will notify registered attendees of any significant change as soon as reasonably possible.
If Eudaiton Education cancels a workshop, you will be offered:
A place on the rearranged workshop;
A transfer to another suitable event; or
A full refund for the cancelled workshop.
Where a workshop is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund.
7. Joining details
Joining details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
The joining link, meeting ID and passcode:
Are for the registered attendee only.
Must not be forwarded, published or shared.
Must not be posted on social media, websites or group chats.
Eudaiton Education may refuse access where joining details appear to have been shared or used by an unregistered person.
8. Attendee conduct
Attendees must behave respectfully towards speakers, staff and other attendees.
You must not:
Record the workshop without permission.
Take or share screenshots containing other attendees.
Share another person’s personal information.
Use threatening, discriminatory, abusive or seriously disruptive language.
Promote unrelated products or services without permission.
Eudaiton Education may remove an attendee where this is reasonably necessary to protect others or allow the workshop to continue. A refund will not normally be provided where removal results from serious or repeated misconduct.
9. Recording
Some workshops may be recorded.
Where recording is planned, this will be explained before or during the event.
Eudaiton Education will take reasonable steps to avoid including unnecessary attendee names, images or personal information in recordings shared more widely.
Attendees should not disclose private information about a child, family member, school or other identifiable person during the workshop.
10. Educational information
The workshops provide general educational information and parent guidance.
They do not replace individual advice from a school, qualified professional, local authority, medical practitioner, solicitor or other specialist.
Speakers may express their own professional views or experiences. Eudaiton Education does not guarantee a particular educational, examination, school-admission or other outcome.
11. Technical requirements
You are responsible for having:
A suitable internet connection.
A compatible device.
Working sound.
Access to the stated online platform.
Eudaiton Education is not responsible for problems caused solely by your device, internet connection or local technical arrangements.
Where a significant technical failure within Eudaiton Education’s control prevents the workshop from being delivered, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a rearranged event, transfer, suitable recording or refund.
12. Accessibility
Please tell us about any reasonable adjustment or accessibility requirement when completing the booking form, or contact us as early as possible.
We will take reasonable steps to support access to the workshop, although we cannot guarantee that every requested adjustment will be available.
13. Privacy
Eudaiton Education will use the information provided during registration to:
Administer your booking.
Process payment.
Send event information and joining details.
Provide reasonable adjustments.
Manage cancellations, attendance and follow-up communications.
Further information is provided in the applicable Parent Event Privacy Notice.
Marketing communications will only be sent where you have separately chosen to receive them or another lawful basis applies. Marketing consent is not required to attend an event.
14. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Eudaiton Education will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
