Recording and Participation Notice

The speaker’s presentation and the moderated question-and-answer section of this workshop may be recorded.

The recording may be made available to registered attendees and may also be used in future Eudaiton Education workshops, educational resources or paid programmes where the relevant speaker permissions have been obtained.

To protect attendees’ privacy:

• Attendee cameras and microphones should remain switched off unless an attendee is invited to contribute.

• Questions should normally be submitted through the chat or question-and-answer facility.

• Questions may be read aloud without identifying the person who submitted them.

• Please do not include a child’s full name, school or other identifying or sensitive information in a question.

• Eudaiton Education will take reasonable steps to remove identifiable attendee information before a recording is shared more widely.

• Attendees must not record, photograph, screenshot, copy or redistribute the workshop without written permission.

An attendee who does not wish to be included in the recording should keep their camera and microphone switched off and avoid submitting identifying information.

Where an attendee is invited to speak and their voice or image may be retained in the recording, Eudaiton Education will explain this and seek appropriate permission.
