Eudaiton Education
Students/Clients - Code of Conduct

Welcome to Eudaiton Education. By engaging our services, you agree to this Code of Conduct. Please read them carefully before your first session.
1. About
Eudaiton Education operates as an introduction agency. Our role is to identify and introduce suitably qualified tutors to clients (students and/or their parents or guardians). Once an introduction has been made and tuition has commenced, the contractual relationship for the provision of tuition exists directly between the client and the tutor.
Eudaiton Education is not a party to the tuition contract, does not employ the tutors we introduce, and does not supervise or control the content or delivery of lessons. Our tutors are self-employed professionals who set their own teaching methods and approaches.
That said, Eudaiton Education remains available throughout your tuition journey. If you have any concerns, questions, or disputes, we are here to assist and mediate wherever possible. We take the quality and safety of our introductions seriously.
2. Purpose
Eudaiton Education is committed to providing a safe, professional, respectful, and supportive online learning environment for all students, parents/carers, tutors and staff.
This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected from all students and clients (including parents/carers) engaging with or on behalf of Eudaiton Education. Students and clients are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct and respect towards tutors and staff at all times.
Failure to comply with this Code may result in disciplinary action, suspension, termination of engagement and, where appropriate, referral to external agencies.
3. Scope
This policy applies to:
Students using Eudaiton Education services
Parents/Guardians of students
Any person communicating with Eudaiton Education staff or tutors
The Code applies during:
Online and in-person lessons
Communications with tutors and staff
Use of Eudaiton Education’s systems and platforms
Any activity connected to Eudaiton Education
4. Core Principles
Tutors providing services through Eudaiton Education are required to comply with Eudaiton Education safeguarding, child protection, data protection and platform safety requirements where these apply to tuition arranged through Eudaiton Education.
All tutors must:
Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
Act professionally and ethically
Treat all individuals with dignity and respect
Maintain appropriate boundaries
Protect confidentiality and personal data
Promote equality, diversity and inclusion
Create a safe learning environment
5. Student Expectations
6. Communication Rules for Clients and Students
To guarantee the safety, privacy, and protection of all participants, all communication between clients (parents/carers), students, and tutors must take place exclusively through approved Eudaiton Education channels.
Approved communication methods include:
Official company email accounts
Registered email accounts and messaging via TutorCruncher
Approved online lesson platforms
Designated platform messaging systems
To maintain safe boundaries, clients and students must not:
Request or accept a tutor’s personal phone number or personal WhatsApp details.
Connect with or message tutors via Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platforms.
Engage in private or unrecorded communication with tutors outside the official platform.
Request contact with tutors for non-educational purposes.
7. Our Commitment to Your Safety (Safeguarding)
At Eudaiton Education, your safety, well-being, and peace of mind are our absolute priorities. Every tutor introduced through our agency undergoes rigorous background checks (including an Enhanced DBS check) and receives specialized safeguarding training.
To ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, we ask students and parents to understand our safety standards and know how to raise a concern.
What You Should Expect From Your Tutor:
Professional Boundaries: Tutors will always keep conversations focused entirely on your education and will only communicate through our approved platform channels.
Respectful Environment: Tutors will treat you with dignity, support your learning style, and create a positive, pressure-free space.
Safe Spaces: Lessons should take place in a suitable, quiet environment (ideally a shared or communal room in the home, rather than a bedroom).
What Tutors Cannot Do:
They cannot offer or promise total "secrecy" if a student tells them something that impacts their safety or well-being, as tutors have a legal duty to pass this on to our safety team to ensure the student gets the right support.
They cannot connect with students on social media, share personal phone numbers, or meet students in person outside of arranged lessons.
How to Speak Up:
If a tutor ever makes you feel uncomfortable, breaches our communication rules, or if you ever have a concern about safety, please tell us immediately.
Who to contact: You or your parent can contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Taleisha Hutton directly at admin@eudaitoneducation.co.uk 07831553354
Our promise: Every report is taken completely seriously, handled with absolute discretion, and investigated immediately.
